  You don't get what you pay for. But not even close. Filthy, dirty, broken wreck. Cold air was filtering through all window frames and there was no heater in the room. We asked for a portable heater. They told us they were too busy to look after us, and they would bring a heater to our room in half an hour. An hour later still no heater. I went back and kindly asked for it again. The concierge was laughing at me and saying 'sorry we are too busy'. They sent me to get a heater from the laundry room. I went to the laundry room and only found a microwave oven. Went back quite annoyed and asked for a refund. Only then, they suddenly found time to bring us a heater. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, privacy almost non existent, and rooms were very noisy. Had we paid half of their price for a double room, I wouldn't complain at all, but this experience was ridiculously expensive and terrible. Stay away from this place.

  The reception staff are super friendly and provide us useful local tourism information. We have tried the oysters they have recommaned. They were super fresh. My husband loves the Chinese food served in the restaurant.
