  I can’t recommend the beautiful ladies at Georgie’s enough,they go above and beyond for your needs. Had to order earrings for my daughters birthday,and then they sent them to Newcastle for me just in time.. I will definitely keep going back for all my jewellery needs and wants.. thank you Ladies

  Very unhelpful, went in to find my partners wedding band, staff member pointed and said abruptly "they are there and there!" And walked off, my partner had to ask again where they said the wedding bands were located, no assistance at all, we left soon after. Bega staff are always so beautiful and helpful, it was a shame to experience this in Merimbula.

  Today I visited Georgies to purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter. The sales assistant was fabulous!! I was left to browse until I was ready for assistance. Then she showed me a huge range of different rings, & helped research the correct size. Friendly, polite, courteous & genuine. Thankyou for a lovely shopping experience today!

  Horrible experience due to a staff member by the name of 'Tamara'.
  I went into this store the other day to try and swap a pandora charm I had bought in Canberra for something else and when I went into the store the two staff members didn't greet me or even acknowledge me, I had to go up to the counter and ask for help and when I did this one lady in particular (Tamara) was very rude about it and made it as if I was wasting her time. It was not busy in the shop at all as there was me and another couple who were being looked after by another lady and she had time to look after me but still made a fuss about it. After I had chosen the charm I wanted I was reluctant to even swap what I had for it due to the poor service. I was planning on also buying another two of the more expensive charms but I felt like I would waste her time and didn't bother. I was a paying customer and she treated me like a waste of space. I was very upset with the bitterness and lack of customer service. Definitely will never return.

  Massive fail. Literally the WORST customer service I have ever had. Shame on you, 'Elizabeth' at Merimbula, be assured everyone I speak to will hear about you.

  Hello My name is Kevin Fidock from the Eden amateur fishing club. I wish to acknowledge the customer service of two ladies in your Merimbula store, Liz and Teresa who both went out of their way in helping me with trophies for the clubs annual presentation function.   The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us good options for my mother’s 90th birthday present. They also gift wrapped.
