I found that he was quiet arrogant and rude towards me speaking to me in less than a flattering manner. I was quiet upset about this as I have limited knowledge and wanted to speak to somebody who could help me with my small job. For quiet a reputable international building company to be answering work related phone calls this way is utterly horrible. I’m upset the least I can give you guys is 1 star
