  I tried to see doctor Mandy yesterday. After many difficulties, I need medical attention. The reception staff were lovely. This gave me hope but sadly within a short few minutes, before I had even had a chance to truely explain why I was there, she was trying to prescribe me mood stability medication. My mental loading has been pushed for a couple of years now and yes I am a fair bit warn down, but that is not a cure or treatment for what is wearing me down. The doctor asked me to leave because I said at this stage that to me wasn't a solution and I wanted to explore other ideas. She than got up out of her chair yelled abuse and told me to leave. I was now in tears looking at my husband like how did this happen. Before I had even had a chance to remove myself, Dr Mandy had proceed to abuse reception staff and abruptly telling them to never book me again. At this stage I simply left. I have since spoken with Judy the practice manager and hope for a suitable outcome. I hope Dr Mandy also realises what damage her behaviour can cause. I hope she also realises that she neglected her duty of care. I pray for the residents of Eden. Doctors like her kill people. Neglect behaviour can kill people. I just hope it doesn't get to that!

  I.have been in eden for 14 months. I have found the worst medical clinic of my 52 years. Curalo medical clinic has some of the rudest staff and doctors i have ever come accross. Dr paula was the best of the doctors the rest i wouldnt take my dog 2. I will never ever set foot into there clinic again. They want to reset and have a good look at themselves. Poorest medical ive ever seen seen.
